Shipping policy
SHIPPING
At Skincare For You our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to numerous customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Orders will be shipped out the next day if ordered before 1:00 pm (13:00) CET (Central European Time). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Standard shipping (delivery within Europe), is 3-7 business days. Holidays and customs may increase the time to deliver.
Shipping times can also increase outside of the European Union because of customs inspection. This is out of our control. We also are not capable to make your package be delivered faster once it leaves the warehouse. Any exception you take with the late arrival of your order is your prerogative with the shipping company.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skincare For You is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

FREE SHIPPING
All orders over €100 qualify for free shipping and in all likelihood, ship out same-day.
Free shipping excludes:
- Orders outside the European Union
TRACKING SHIPMENT
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@skincareforyou.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@skincareforyou.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
